Instructions, follow carefully i'm not answering questions...

1) Use first link and download the sopcast software (can be slow at times)...

2) Unpack it with Winrar or Winzip (get Winrar here) to a directory and run Setup-SopCast-version.exe to setup with default choices.
The WebPlayer will be installed automatically also.

3) Run the program, log in using anonymous settings.

4) Use the channel list to find the event you want, double click on it, sit back and watch...

Should you not be able to find the event go to the next step

5) Go to MYP2P.com, here you can find lists of events by category...

6) Click on the "live sports" tab at the top of the page, find the event you're looking for...

7) To the right of the event is a small tv icon click that...

8) On the new event page find the "sopcast" link, this will tell sopcast the broadcasting address

9) open it sit back and watch your event...

Of course the channel is over the net so buffering will happen from time to time, and a faster internet connection is advised.
